How are platform fees charged? The platform fee is a markup on top of your reward budget, billed separately via Stripe. Example: a €500 Growth campaign is billed at €500 + €50 platform fee = €550 total. 100% of the €500 escrow goes directly to your users via Tremendous — not a cent deducted.

Your reward budget is then held in a dedicated Tremendous escrow account — 100% of it goes directly to your users based on the quality of their feedback. You only pay for approved responses. Pay4Feedback is a non-custodial orchestrator; funds never sit on our balance sheet.

Frequently Asked Questions
Every text response is scored 0–100 across four dimensions: text depth (how detailed the answer is), completeness (were all questions answered), reasoning (does the user explain their thinking), and uniqueness (is it original vs. other submissions). Before scoring, we run anti-fraud gates to catch gibberish, copy-paste, and AI-generated filler.
You set your own campaign budget and reward range (e.g. €3–€10 per response). You only pay for responses that pass quality gates. The platform fee is a small percentage on top of payouts. During Early Access the platform is free to use — you only fund the rewards.
After submitting quality feedback, users can claim their reward via PayPal or bank transfer. The reward amount is shown immediately with a transparent breakdown of how it was calculated.
We run four pre-flight gates before scoring even starts: gibberish detection (repeated characters, keyboard mashing), prompt-mirror check (answers that just copy the question), AI-generated filler detection, and minimum-effort screening. Responses that fail these gates are hard-capped to near-zero rewards.
Yes. We collect explicit consent before any data processing, minimize the data we store, and give participants full access and deletion rights. The platform is built in Germany and hosted in EU-central (Frankfurt).
