Pay4Feedback Documentation
Welcome. This is the engineering + operator handbook for Pay4Feedback — a B2B SaaS platform that helps companies collect real feedback from their users and reward the people who give high-quality answers.
You're probably here because you want to:
- Ship your first campaign → Getting Started
- Understand the reward model → How Rewards Work
- Install the widget on your site → Install the Widget
- Explain the flow to your team → How Pay4Feedback Works
What Pay4Feedback does
In three sentences: you embed a lightweight widget on your site, users respond to a short survey, and high-quality responses earn a monetary reward paid directly via Stripe + Tremendous. Pay4Feedback scores every submission for quality so your budget only goes to people who actually help you. We're a non-custodial orchestrator — your budget never sits on our balance sheet.

Status of these docs
These docs are public and evolve with the product. Every page shows its last-updated date at the bottom; the source lives on GitHub and anyone can propose edits.
Two things that are deliberately marked [FUTURE] because they are not yet shipped:
- API & Integrations — public REST API design
- Comparison pages — how we compare to UserTesting, Hotjar, Typeform
If you need something we haven't documented yet, email support@pay4feedback.com and we'll prioritise it — and add it here.
