Pricing and Billing
The marketing pricing page is at pay4feedback.com/pricing. This page is the operator's view — everything you need to know about how the money moves.
The three plans

All prices are net of VAT.
The two-step model
Pay4Feedback has two costs, not one:
Cost 1: SaaS subscription — €0 / €49 / €299 per month. Pays for the platform itself (widget, dashboard, AI scoring, integrations). Cancel any time.
Cost 2: Reward budget + platform fee — paid at campaign activation via Stripe. The fee percentage depends on your plan.
Worked example on Growth plan with a €500 campaign budget:
You pay Stripe €550
→ Pay4Feedback fee €50 (kept)
→ Rewards held €500 (to users via Tremendous)
100% of the reward budget reaches users. We take zero margin on rewards themselves.
Platform fee — how it's calculated
The fee is calculated at activation time, on the total campaign budget. Example:

The fee is flat, not per-response. Whether you get 10 or 100 responses, the fee is the same.
Billing cycle
- Subscription (Growth / Enterprise): monthly in advance, charged on the anniversary of signup.
- Campaign activation: one-off charge at activation.
- Cancellation: takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds for partial months.
VAT
- Customers inside the EU with a valid VAT ID: reverse charge applies (invoice issued without VAT, you account for it locally).
- Customers inside Germany: 19% VAT added unless a valid EU VAT ID is provided.
- Customers outside the EU: no VAT on the invoice.
Invoices are issued from Stripe under Pay4Feedback's business ID and are available in your dashboard under Settings → Billing → Invoices.
When to upgrade
- Starter → Growth pays for itself once your monthly reward spend hits ~€330 (break-even: €49 ÷ (25% − 10%) = €326).
- Growth → Enterprise pays for itself once your monthly reward spend hits ~€5,000 (break-even: (€299 − €49) ÷ (10% − 5%) = €5,000).
The dashboard shows a yellow banner when you cross the break-even line.
Refunds
- Unused campaign budget is refunded to the original card on campaign end, minus platform fees on already-approved feedback.
- Monthly subscription fees are not refunded for partial months.
- Refund window: 5–10 business days after you click End Campaign.

Enterprise invoicing
Enterprise plan offers invoice billing — pay by SEPA / bank transfer against an invoice instead of by card. Ask Sales.

Managing your subscription
From the dashboard:
- Settings → Billing → Manage Subscription opens the Stripe Customer Portal.
- There you can: update card, download invoices, cancel, switch plan.
Price changes
We commit to 30 days' written notice by email before any price increase. Existing campaigns are grandfathered at their activation-time fee percentage until they end.
